Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not qualify for a refund.

  • For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, we will refund 50% of the total payment for recording services.

No-Show Policy

  • If you are late, we will hold your session for up to one hour past the scheduled start time. After this grace period, the session will be considered canceled.

  • In the event of a no-show, all payments are non-refundable.

Damage to Equipment

  • All clients and guests are responsible for any damage caused to the studio or equipment, regardless of payment status. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, burns, stains, or dirt, whether accidental or intentional.

  • For music video sessions, any damage to video recording, lighting, or storage equipment will also require full compensation.

  • A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if human waste (urine, feces, vomit, garbage, etc.) is found outside designated areas (toilet or garbage bins). The fee is payable by the responsible party or the individual who paid for the session.

Studio Rules

  • Smoking is permitted only in the back parking lot.

  • Food and drinks are restricted to the lounge area.

  • No weapons, illegal substances, drugs, or alcohol are permitted on the premises.

  • Harassment, abuse, or any form of hate towards staff will not be tolerated. The engineer reserves the right to end a session if they feel unsafe, and all payments for the session will be non-refundable.

Audio and Project Files

  • We will retain client audio and project files for up to one month. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted.

  • No refunds are available for initiated contracts, regardless of the amount of studio time used or services rendered.

Payment Terms

  • Payments made outside our website or invoicing system (e.g., cash, e-transfer) are still subject to these terms.

  • Purchasing services from us implies full agreement to our terms.

  • Revisions are not included in the initial service cost; please refer to our website's Audio Services section for details.

  • Due to the subjective nature of audio production, no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with recording sessions or audio services.

Session Policies

  • A 5-minute teardown period is included at the end of each session.

  • Clients may not wait for transportation (e.g., transit, Uber) inside the studio after the session concludes.

  • We are happy to honor paid services, but if booked studio time is not used within two weeks of the payment date, the client forfeits eligibility for a refund.

Company Closure

  • In the event that SAD Entertainment Inc. ceases operations, outstanding bookings or audio services will not be refunded.

General Booking Terms

  • Booking time and purchasing services with us constitute agreement to these Terms of Service, as confirmed by checking the required Terms of Service checkbox during booking.

  • Only one discount code may be applied per transaction.

  • Same-day bookings require at least 4 hours' advance notice.
