SAD Entertainment Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy:

We will not refund any payment for a service upon cancelling a session with less than 24 hours notice.

We will refund 50% of total payment for Recording upon cancelling a session with more than 24 hours notice.

No-Show Policy:

We will wait 1 hour past the scheduled time in the case you are late. Past the 1 hour mark your session will be cancelled.

In the event of a no-show your payment will be non-refundable.

Damage to Equipment:

Any individual regardless of whether they've paid for the session or not will be financially responsible for full compensation towards the owners for any and all damages incurred unto any part of the studio and/or equipment within the studio. This includes and is not limited to spills, burns, dirt, etc. accidental or otherwise.

For clients booking music video recording: Any individual regardless of whether they've paid for the session or not will be financially responsible for full compensation towards the owners for any and all damages incurred unto any video recording, lighting, and memory storage equipment.

Human waste (urine, fecal matter, vomit, garbage, etc.) outside of the toilet or provided garbage bins in the studio results in a $100 cleaning fee for whoever paid for the session or whoever is responsible for producing the waste. Get Real.

Studio Rules:

Smoking is only allowed in the back parking lot.

NO food or drink outside lounge.

No weapons.

No illegal substances.

No drugs or alcohol.

Zero abuse, harassment or hate, physical or otherwise towards our staff is tolerated. The engineer may refuse service to any clients if they feel unsafe and any payment made for studio time or audio services will be deemed non-refundable.

We will hold your audio and project files for up to one month on our computers or other storage units/devices/software. Past one month all client files will be deleted permanently.

No refunds on contracts that have been initiated regardless of how much studio time has been utilized or what audio services have been completed.

IF payment occurs outside of our website/invoices (cash, e-transfer) these terms remain. Any service payment will affirm your agreement with our terms.

Revisions are not free, see the Audio Services section of our website.

Due to the subjectivity of audio/music, there are 0 refunds if you are not happy with a recording session or audio/music service.

5 minutes of tear down are included for all sessions regardless of length.

You cannot wait for transit, Uber or other forms of transportation inside the studio once a studio session has expired.

We will gladly honour any service paid for. However, after 2 weeks past the payment date of a service, if reserved studio time is not redeemed, clients lose all ability to be refunded for any payment made.

In the event SAD Entertainment Inc. closes, outstanding bookings/audio services will not be refunded. Clients bear responsibility in understanding this when agreeing to our terms.

Booking time and purchasing audio services from us confirms that you are in agreement with the terms provided here and in the Terms of Service checkbox that must be checked before booking with us.

Only one discount code may be used at a time.

Same Day Bookings require at least 4 hours notice.
